MAROWN MEMORIAL PLAYING FIELDS

A grant of £12,000 has been confirmed to Marown Memorial Playing Fields towards the total cost of a new community storage building which will provide a designated sports storage building, securing all equipment in one area for all to use.

Various fund-raising events have been held in the local community and the sum of £15,000 raised towards the cost of the new storage building.

With numerous local organisations/groups using the Playing Fields it is anticipated that more than 1500 people will benefit directly from this project.
